I have been trying to install Microsoft Office , but every time it installs and the green bar becomes completely filled, it starts going backwards and saying "Rolling Back Changes" and then after it finishes it says that the setup encountered an error.
Previously, I had tried to uninstall Microsoft Office with the uninstaller, but when i thought it wasn't working, I just had Revo Uninstaller remove all the files, then I removed the files that It didn't remove.
I don't know what I can do to fix this setup error. I desperately need it. I have to use it for a project that is due Tuesday. This thread is locked. The Repair function is now working well. Perhaps this solution can resolve other Office issues. If you decide to try this solution, do it at your own risk.
